In-Resort Locations

Conveniently located outside in resort base areas so you can gear up and go. You can elect to pick up and drop off your skis and poles or board daily at one of our designated slopeside My Epic Gear Locations in your gear reservation.

Operating hours are 8:00AM to 4:30PM MST daily, weather conditions and resort operations permitting.

Member Services Locations are indoors with location options both in dedicated buildings and inside existing stores. You can swap out and return your skis, poles, and boards, as well as pick up your boots and helmets, at these locations. If you choose to bring your own boots, you can complete the required visual inspection at one of these locations.

Operating hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM MST daily, except for two locations inside existing Beaver Creek Sports stores with those specific hours noted below (see stores marked *), store operations permitting.
